Pastor: Dr. Philip Crouse Jr.
Philip grew up in King, NC. After high school, he began serving as student pastor at Germanton Baptist Church, where he served for over 12 years. Philip met his wife while at Germanton Baptist, and they have been married since 2005. In 2009, Philip began attending Southeastern Seminary (SEBTS) in Wake Forest, NC where he earned his Master of Divinity. In 2018, he received his PhD in Applied Theology in Preaching. Philip and Mandy have three daughters, Adalee, Caris and Everly, and one son, Bryce.
Fusion Youth Leaders: Tanner and Jessie Williams
Tanner grew up in Germanton, NC. He has attended Germanton Baptist Church since he was a child. Tanner met Jessie, who is from Lawsonville, NC in 2010 and married in May of 2018. Tanner and Jessie welcomed their first child, Chloe into the world this past November. They have been working with Fusion since 2017. The couple is very passionate about serving Christ. They desire to see each and every young person grow in their faith and truly grasp and understand the love Jesus Christ has for them. The couple has a great excitement for life, love the outdoors and exploring anything history!
